MARRAKECH – LA MAMOUNIA & ITS EVENING DINNERS
True to its distinctive identity, La Mamounia is constantly reinventing itself, weaving a magic that is always unique, a blend of elegance and exceptionality.
This fall, La Mamounia is opening the doors to its gardens to three leading figures in French gastronomy: Emmanuel Renaut, Olivier Nasti, and Pierre Hermé.
On October 6, Emmanuel Renaut, a three-Michelin-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will kick off this culinary event with creations such as vegetable cocktail bites and lobster with caviar, refreshed with hibiscus.
On October 7, the two chefs will come together for a four-handed dinner, created especially for La Mamounia. Highlights on the menu include lightly smoked eel “au vert” glazed with citrus, as well as red mullet quenelles with champagne sauce.
On October 8, Olivier Nasti, a two-Michelin-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will take the helm for the evening, featuring dishes such as roe deer fillets from our hunts, gamberoni, and a charcuterie vinaigrette, as well as young sauerkraut, wild caraway from the Beauregard plateaus, and fermented red berries.
For each of these three experiences, Pierre Hermé will create the dessert that will serve as the finishing touch to these exclusive events.
Just three dates. A limited number of seats. A unique encounter between French gastronomy and La Mamounia’s art of hospitality, set amidst its gardens.
